BOOKEM TERMS OF USE

1.1 Who We Are: Bookem LLC is a UAE-registered company offering an online platform ("Bookem Platform") that enables users to explore and make inquiries or bookings for restaurants, private jets, yachts, car rentals, event tickets, and other third-party offerings. We are headquartered in Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates.

1.2 Relationship: By using the Bookem Platform, you understand that Bookem is not the direct provider of the listed services (e.g., flights, rentals, restaurant bookings) but rather an intermediary or facilitator connecting you ("User") to third-party service providers.

1.3 Additional Policies: Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data. Please read the Privacy Policy in conjunction with these Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Bookem Platform. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration: Certain features of our Platform may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect any breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or illegal activity.

3.1 License Grant: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Bookem Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to resell, distribute, or use our Services for any commercial gain without our express written consent.

3.2 User Conduct: By accessing or using our Services, you agree not to (a) violate any applicable UAE or international laws; (b) transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network connected to Bookem; or (d) interfere with the proper working of the Platform, including uploading or transmitting viruses, spam, or malicious code.

3.3 Third-Party Services: We facilitate your inquiries or bookings with third-party providers (e.g., restaurants, airlines, event ticketing platforms). Any contractual relationship for goods or services is exclusively between you and the third party. Bookem does not assume liability for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties.

4.1 Bookings Through Third Parties: If you choose to book or purchase an experience (such as tickets, reservations, or rentals) via our Platform, you may be redirected to a third-party website (e.g., Platinum List). All financial transactions, refunds, or payment-related issues are handled by that third party under its own terms and conditions.

4.2 No Direct Payments: We do not process or store payment information for bookings listed on the Bookem Platform. Any references to pricing or offers on our Platform are provided for convenience; the final, binding price and payment process are determined by the third-party provider.

4.3 Cancellation or Refunds: For any cancellations, refunds, or modifications, you must refer to the relevant third-party provider's policies. Bookem shall not be responsible for any disputes, changes, or refunds once a booking is confirmed through a third-party platform.

5.1 Ownership: All content, logos, designs, trademarks, and software associated with Bookem are owned or licensed by us. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without our prior written consent.

5.2 Feedback: If you submit any suggestions, ideas, or feedback to us, you grant Bookem a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into our products and services without restriction or payment to you.

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Bookem Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bookem disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that all information provided will be accurate or up to date.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Bookem, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Bookem's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing or using our Services.

6.3 Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
